PACKAGE EXTENSION FOR ARTSAKH RESIDENTS

Please be informed that users whose profile addresses include one of the following location names and whose packages expired or will expire between September 27th, 2020, and January 30th, 2021 will receive an opportunity for up to 6-month (30th of June 2021) package extension depending on the package’s expiry date. 


The mentioned location names are.


  • Artsakh/Arcax/Nagorno-Karabakh
  • Stepanakert
  • Martuni (located in Nagorno-Karabakh)
  • Shushi

Eligible users should have already received an email and a notification specifying the new expiry date. If you are eligible but have not received an email or a notification, please send an email or a ticket to the Onyxum support team.


Eligible users must send their reservation requests to  Artsakh@onyxum.support email address at least 3 to 4 weeks before their desired travel dates (using their registered email address), containing:

 

  • ONYXUM USERNAME
  • PACKAGE TYPE (NAME)
  • NUMBER OF NIGHTS
  • NUMBER OF GUESTS (ADULTS)
  • DATES OF CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT
  • NATIONALITY OF GUESTS
  • CITY OF DESTINATION
  • NUMBER OF CHILDREN (IF APPLICABLE)
  • AGES OF THE CHILDREN (IF APPLICABLE)
  • NUMBER OF ROOMS (IF APPLICABLE)
  • A COPY OF THE GUESTS’ PASSPORT/ID CARD

 

After 1 to 3 business days (waiting period might be longer during high season), they will receive an email suggesting the available hotels and rooms for their desired location and the travel duration. In the next step, they should choose one of the options by replying to the e-mail. Shortly after receiving the hotel’s confirmation, Onyxum will send them the voucher (the delay for receiving the voucher will vary depending on the chosen hotel).

NEW YEAR 2021

With 2020 coming to a close, we wanted to reach out and send our best wishes to all of you! We hope that 2021 holds success and good fortune in any endeavour you pursue.

Please be informed that the booking department will be closed starting from 23rd of December until 26th of December. Consequently, tickets and emails related to this department will be answered later than usual more than 4 business days.

In case of any emergency related to check-in and check-out, please leave us a voice message at +15145042338 and leave your username, phone number and your voucher number, and we will contact you as soon as possible.

The holidays can seem especially during this year with all that is going on. It is doubly difficult because we all miss our usual means of support, the comfort of gathering with friends and family, and worship services that are part of our traditions. Group Booking V2

How can I request a group booking?
 
In order to request a group booking, the organizer must send an email to groupbooking@onyxum.com at least 40 to 45 days before the desired travel dates, containing:
    •    The organizer’s Onyxum username 

    •    The exact number of required rooms 

    •    Booking time range (the period the organizer prefers to book the hotel for) 

    •    Destination city 

The subject of the email must be “Group  booking - the organizer’s full name.”
 
Upon receiving the request, Onyxum will start the booking process based on the following steps.
 
Step 1: Onyxum’s group booking operator will send the organizer a list of available hotels in the destination city of their choice. If there are no available hotels in the destination city, the request will be rejected.
Step 2: The organizer will choose and confirm one of the suggested hotels by replying to the same email.
Step 3: After receiving the confirmation, the operator will send a request to the chosen hotel to ensure that the necessary number of rooms are available on the preferred travel dates.
Step 4: After the rooms’ availability is confirmed, the organizer will receive an excel file from Onyxum, where they will fill in the required information on all the participants. Once the file is filled in, they should send it back to the “group booking operator” by replying to the same email.
Step 5: In this step, the list of group booking participants should be final since any change will affect and delay the entire booking process. The operator will start processing the booking request, in the course of which every participant will receive an individual invitation to the group booking by email.
Step 6: Each participant will need to confirm their participation by replying to the invitation letter and provide all the requested documents and information.
Step 7: Once the operator successfully receives confirmation from all the participants, each of them will receive their voucher by email.
 
Please be informed that the organizer will be responsible and in charge of everything related to the group’s accommodation starting from the check-in date till the check-out date. During the reservation process, A STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY will be sent to the organizer by email for their signature.
 
In the hotel, we highly recommend that the organizer closely cooperates with the hotel administration to make the check-in and check-out process smoother.
 
 
Note: We do not recommend any group bookings during the pandemic.
