Please be informed that starting from October 10th, 2020, all booking requests will be answered only  through Onyxum platform and no booking will be done through emails.

Onyxum members whose package validity is more than 1 year and their account is suspended due to not paying the annual fee of 15$, still can reserve their valid hotel package by sending a booking request through their Onyxum Account as a valued customer at no extra fees.

Extension of Expiry Date

The global spread of COVID-19 is affecting every one of us and at Onyxum we are doing our best to help our community. For that purpose, Onyxum has extended the expiry date of those packages that expired/will expire between April 1st, 2020, and July 31st, 2020, until August 31st, 2020. Kindly note that reservations and hotel occupancy must be done before the 31st of August, 2020.
Furthermore, all the package owners are able to use their packages in their own country of residency until the travel restrictions end. For more information about destination changes, reservation procedures, and fees, please contact the vacation center.

New Booking System!

We are thrilled to announce that, once again, Onyxum has launched a new feature to make the booking process easier and more advanced. Consequently, you are now able to:

  • Send your booking requests online via your Onyxum Homepage instead of using email
  • View the Package info
  • View all previous bookings, the number of nights used as well as those remaining - or the remaining credits if the Package is credit-based.
