With 2020 coming to a close, we wanted to reach out and send our best wishes to all of you! We hope that 2021 holds success and good fortune in any endeavour you pursue.

Please be informed that the booking department will be closed starting from 23rd of December until 26th of December. Consequently, tickets and emails related to this department will be answered later than usual more than 4 business days.

In case of any emergency related to check-in and check-out, please leave us a voice message at +15145042338 and leave your username, phone number and your voucher number, and we will contact you as soon as possible.

The holidays can seem especially during this year with all that is going on. It is doubly difficult because we all miss our usual means of support, the comfort of gathering with friends and family, and worship services that are part of our traditions. We are here for you through it all. We wish you endurance, strength, health, and as much happiness as these times can allow!

Extension of Expiry Date

The global spread of COVID-19 is affecting every one of us and at Onyxum we are doing our best to help our community. For that purpose, Onyxum has extended the expiry date of those packages that expired/will expire between April 1st, 2020, and July 31st, 2020, until August 31st, 2020. Kindly note that reservations and hotel occupancy must be done before the 31st of August, 2020.
Furthermore, all the package owners are able to use their packages in their own country of residency until the travel restrictions end. For more information about destination changes, reservation procedures, and fees, please contact the vacation center.

The new support system is integrated directly into the User's Panel which can be accessed simply by logging in to your account.

For creating a new support request, simply go to the "Ticket" section in the left menu and click on "New Ticket".
