The global spread of COVID-19 is affecting every one of us and at Onyxum we are doing our best to help our community. For that purpose, Onyxum has extended the expiry date of those packages that expired/will expire between April 1st, 2020, and July 31st, 2020, until August 31st, 2020. Kindly note that reservations and hotel occupancy must be done before the 31st of August, 2020.
Furthermore, all the package owners are able to use their packages in their own country of residency until the travel restrictions end. For more information about destination changes, reservation procedures, and fees, please contact the vacation center.
It is necessary to mention that all the packages that expire after July 31st, 2020, will be treated according to the terms and policies of the package.
Kindly note that the reservations made for expired packages are not refundable and can not be cancelled.
Important: in order to book the expired packages please send an email to email@example.com since the expired packages cannot be reserved through the Booking Request system.
Here are the instruction for booking expired packages:
to book your hotel accommodation, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 3 to 4 weeks before your desired traveling date (using your registered email address), containing:
• ONYXUM USERNAME
• PACKAGE TYPE (NAME)
• NUMBER OF NIGHTS
• NUMBER OF GUESTS (ADULTS)
• DATES OF CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT
• NATIONALITY OF GUESTS
• CITY OF DESTINATION
• NUMBER OF CHILDREN (IF APPLICABLE)
• AGES OF THE CHILDREN (IF APPLICABLE)
• NUMBER OF ROOMS (IF APPLICABLE)
• A COPY OF THE GUESTS’ PASSPORT/ID CARD.
After 1 to 3 business days, you will receive an email suggesting the available hotels and rooms for your desired location and duration of travel. at the next step, you may choose one of the options by replying to the e-mail. shortly after receiving the confirmation from the hotel, Onyxum will send you the voucher (the delay for receiving the voucher will vary depending on the chosen hotel).
