We would like to inform you of some upcoming scheduled maintenance that we will be performing on our Ticketing and Booking software from May 16th to May 19th, 2021.
Our Ticketing and Booking software will be intermittently unavailable during these maintenance windows, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Our inbound calls will not be affected by the planned maintenance. We will continue to receive your inbound calls if any emergencies, and all software will be available starting from May 19th, 2021.
Customers will have access to sending tickets and booking requests from May 19th, 2021. During scheduled maintenance, we will not accept booking requests by email.
We would like to remind you that according to the package Delivery Terms, all reservation requests must be sent at least 3-4 weeks (min 21 days) before the desired travel dates; therefore, if you are planning to request a check-in date from June 5th, 2021 to June 10th, 2021, you need to send your reservation request before the Scheduled Maintenance from May 16th, 2021.
